All works are carefully wrapped in wax paper, packaged in custom triple wall cardboard tube following industry standards. We ship prints once a week, usually on Mondays. Prints take 3 to 14 days to arrive in the United States/Europe, and up to 21 days if you live far from my studio.
You will recieve a tracking number when your item is shipped. All orders ship from my studio in Barcelona, Spain.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
DUTIES AND TAXES
The majority of our shipments do not incur on fees. If there are any, the purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes.
Note that prices do not include VAT for orders outside EU and as such, your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will sort it out as quickly as possible or issue a refund where applicable. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability.
We cannot accomodate exchanges at this time as the prints are at risk to of being damaged on the way back to us.To preserve the edition, all sales are final.
DAMAGED GOODS
